Here at Squishbox we would like all our customers to be thrilled with their new purchase! However if your product arrives damaged or not as you expect, we will offer you a no hassles full refund or exchange .
The nitty gritty....
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your refund will be applied against your method of payment when you purchased your product. This can take 5-10 business from when we receive the item from you. If you have any questions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, pleas use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your item is tracked. We are not responsible for any lost items in the post.
